Bar Manager

Our West London Hotel in London is seeking a Bar Manager to join their team on a permanent basis with a salary of £32000 - £35,000 on offer with a bonus on top. This role comes with a great perks package and the opportunity to work with a remarkable Hotel brand in the UK.

What does the role entail?

Your role as the Bar Manager will be to support the hotel bar team working in a range of duties creating cocktails and a welcoming environment for all. You will be working alongside the rest of the hotel teams providing a positive work atmosphere in either the a la carte restaurant or buffet restaurant or alternatively supporting room service. You will also be managing bar staff ensuring consistent communication among the teams and making sure to balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Bar Manager role will be able to perform the above duties with ease. It would be advantageous if you have experience in a hotel, although this is not essential. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player, who can step in to support management and think on your feet.
