Bocca di Lupo is a multi-award winning regional Italian restaurant located in the heart of Soho. We specialise in the obscure and the delicious highlights of food from all across Italy's twenty regions. If we can make something ourselves, we do – breads, sausages, salumi, pickles, mostarda, and pasta of course. We are extremely proud of the food we serve, and the way we produce it.

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our bar team.

We have an all Italian cocktail menu - and a constantly evolving & changing list of around 150 Italian wines.

Duties include:

Making cocktails & coffees

General wine knowledge & service

General Upkeep of the bar including setup & breakdown

Receiving & storing deliveries

Ensuring we provide the perfect serve every time and upholding standards

A guaranteed £1 per hour payrise on or before succesful completion of probation period

A good work life balance - full time with us is usually 6 shifts per week, split between 1 dbl, 4 singles & 2 days off (approx. 48 hours per week)
