Our client, a luxury 5 start hotel based in Central London are seeking Chef De Parties to join their vibrant team.

This is an exciting role and we have various roles available to suit candidates with some positions going from Temporary to permanent positions

All candidates will need to demonstrate they posses excellent communication skills, are able to work under pressure, on their own initiative and have attention to detail whilst displaying a passion for food. Weekends will be require in this role

Key Duties for this role include

• Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
• Following directions provided by the head chef.
• Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Keeping your area of the kitchen hygienic and safe at all times.
• Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
• Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.

As part of a Chef De Parties role you will also be taught new skills and development that you will need to take on board to build your own portfolio, shifts will vary depending on the event and clients requirements but fundamentally you will be part of the main service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
