We have an amazing opportunity for a Cluster Reservation Manager for a well-established, 4-star hotel in East London. This reputable hotel company in London offers a salary of £35,000 per year, additional benefits and bonus scheme.

What does the role entail?

In order to maximise bookings and occupancy, it will be your responsibility to direct and manage the reservations department. The duties will includes ensuring that all leads are thoroughly followed up on and that reservations are registered in accordance with corporate standards. Furthermore, fostering relationships and raising hotel awareness, meeting guests' demands, providing smooth, fast service, and having the ability to anticipate needs and provide a high-quality level of service while meeting time-sensitive and financial targets.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Reservations Agent position, previous experience is a must. You need to possess recent experience within luxury hotels or a similar role. Proven organizational skills, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the best service are essential. You need to possess good organizational skills and be eager to work in a team. Knowledge of Resaweb, OperaCloud reservation system, Excel & Microsoft systems is a plus.
