We have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Team Leader for a well-established hotel in London. This reputable hotel company offers a salary of £12.33 per hour and additional benefits.

What does the role entail?

As F&B Team Leader, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and work with the Team to deliver a fantastic experience to the hotel’s guests. You will require to lead the team during your shift, serving meals, clearing tables, presenting the menu, making suggestions, and assisting the customers with their requests and needs.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Food& Beverage Team Leader position, it is preferable to have some experience gained working in hotels or restaurants. The ideal candidate needs to be able to show an extrovert personality and an eagerness to learn. Customer service skills are essential to be successful. You need to remain calm while working under pressure and be happy working various shifts, including early starts and weekends, 40-hour week.
