We have an amazing opportunity for a Group Reservation Agent for a well-established, 4-star hotel in East London. This reputable hotel company in London offers a salary of £11.95 per year, additional benefits and bonus scheme.

What does the role entail?

As a Reservations Agent, you will assist and advise customers during the booking process, implementing the hotel’s Revenue Management policy. You will also be handling inquiries and passing them onto the relevant department. Answering phone calls and emails is part of the daily duties, ensuring that customers are aware of special offer, promotions, and Loyalty Programmes. The ideal candidate needs to maintain a positive selling approach to maximize occupancy and rates.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Reservations Agent position, previous experience is desirable. You need to possess good organizational skills and be eager to work in a team. Knowledge of Resaweb, OperaCloud reservation system, Excel & Microsoft systems is a plus.
